“Really related to this. I’ve lost a lot of weight, and now have become slightly over aware of what I’m eating and foods, I try to nourish my body with lots of colourful foods. But I then feel guilt if I eat something “naughty” which I know isn’t healthy. I also over exercise after discovering I love running.
