I’m learning so much!
I’ve been lifting weights and working out for years so I sometimes feel like there’s not much left to change or learn, I’ve learned so much and changed my whole lifting routine because of this podcast. It’s very research based and facts only. It reminds me of biolaynes instagram and he is a fan of the show.

I am trying to get back into shape after being pregnant on and off for the last 4 years and this podcast gave me so much knowledge. I have tried listening to a dozen or so others but this one is, BY FAR, the best!

Absolutely love listening because I know Tony and Marianna are factual, know what they talk about and back up everything they say with evidence. They keep topics interesting and fun to listen to.
