This podcast has saved my life and made me a fitness nerd!
I found this podcast through Instagram reels and it couldn’t had came at the right time. Long story short I been type 2 diabetic for the last 9 years and have struggled immensely battle the disease out. I finally feel like I have the best coaches in my pocket that don’t gatekeep any information and help out so much to understand our body , training routines and nutrition. I made the choice to do the premium membership for $5 a month and it’s the best investment I made that has given me so MUCH value in a couple episodes in. I can’t get info of this podcast it’s my favorite to listen to in the gym and on the go! Thank you too these two so much!!
