Not for normal people
Most of the things they’re saying and promoting are for fitness people — People aspiring to gain a significant amount of muscle, not for people looking for functional fitness development. No normal person needs to eat an enormous amount of protein or supplements if they are maintaining a healthy diet.

Hi! I love your podcast and both of your abilities to break down information for the average person is great! However, I just listened to your most recent episode about the ionized water. The blood pH is actually 7.35 to 7.45 and if the body got to 7 you’d be close to death. Sub 7 you’d be dead....Read full review »
