Great pod
Hi! I love your podcast and both of your abilities to break down information for the average person is great! However, I just listened to your most recent episode about the ionized water. The blood pH is actually 7.35 to 7.45 and if the body got to 7 you’d be close to death. Sub 7 you’d be dead. The lowest pH I’ve seen on an alive patient is 6.97 and they were on life support on many many medications to help regulate it and unfortunately passed away. Just wanted to clear that up. Love your pod!
