“First came across this podcast after a friend liked an episode on Facebook which highlighted bike display settings on computer. I was always changing mine. Ilistened to the episode (176) I believe. Messaged Bevan about my upcoming Ironman in Tenby ,Wales and Garmin settings. He gave me a few tipson this and my heartrate. Since listening to that episode, I dont think I have listened to music in work, I have been playing catchup from episode 1. Up to 49 now.
Loads of info on everything exercise and nutrition. I would describe it as listening to Top Gear, Very entertaining with the banter between Mikki and Bevan. Another 130 more episode left to catch up :)”
