In this episode, Jessica together with Evan Hirsch, talk about Long Covid Journey.   Jessica contracted COVID in December 2020. She took medications and improved significantly. However, she continued to experience frequent nights of awful tachycardia, sweating, breathlessness, restlessness, insomnia, and sensitivity in her nervous system. She couldn't exercise and was limited in her ability to work.   Now, she can work as needed and fully engage in her life.
