Problem solving at the surface
I listened to the first two episodes. This lofty theoretical approach is what you would expect coming from the academic environment. I can’t really tell if the hosts’ responses are prepared or spontaneous. Either way, these suggestions probably go over well with young impressionable students or the faculty room but I doubt any of this would be helpful in the real world. The hosts really believe that they have the solutions though. The show is relatively new so maybe it will get better as they go along. So far the suggested way to fix your problems is with “communication” and “trust”.
