“I love this podcast...but I need to bring up a couple of small issues that makes it very difficult to listen to some episodes. I enjoy listening to the men speak, but when the women speak it sounds almost condescending and as though they are trying to hard to be "sweet" and there is a "crackling" sound that drives me nuts. I know this is being extremely picky, but if you would address these issues it really would make it easier to listen.
