My favorite podcast!
I am a near-vegan (I consume limited amounts of local honey), and this podcast is a good way to know that in my carnivore-heavy law school, that I am not alone. Colleen encourages me, and her shows have encouraged me to try: bananas in vegan baking, to use less meat-substitutes as protein sources, and to try new fun proteins like quinoa. Colleen, if you read this, tell Simon & Schuster that Pipecleaner sends his greetings. Keep up the great work!
