Colleen does a very effective job articulating the myriad reasons for compassionate cooking and a veg(etari)an lifestyle, all while maintaining a thoughtful, inclusive, *compassionate* approach. Highly recommended.

This Podcast is Changing My Life! Anyone interested in food and nutrition would benefit enormously from listening to Colleen's podcast.
