Pretty good
The host isn’t very natural and free flowing. She reads from a script which can come off as a little disingenuous and contrived but there is often good information there. I actually don’t love the vegan content and wish she would deliver more on her promise to expand upon the fifty ways to live a meaningful life. She is in the habit of starting and stopping various projects and endeavors, the lack of focus and delivery can be frustrating for listeners but when a gem does come out, it’s worth a listen!

I L-O-V-E this podcast!!! Though some of the content is serious and intense, it is the truth and I think eveyone should listen, vegetarian or not. Above all, it is inspirational, and I have found its content nothing short of motivating. I highly recommend this podcast to anyone and everyone!!
