“Used to really enjoy this podcast, only ever listened during the Max Rushden era and I still find him a great host. The podcast has really slipped in the last couple years, to the point I’ve started skipping episodes. Barry has become the worst guest with his grumpy and sometimes spiteful attitude. Wilson, Lars and John Brewin are the standouts. Barney can be very arrogant but sometimes funny. Most episodes are boring and often slip into virtue signalling. Listen to Football Ramble instead - much better intellectual discussion and infinitely more fun. It’s no surprise that one show has grown and grown while the other has declined”
