“As an avid (but injured) runner I stumbled into this podcast during the Pandemic. What an awesome podcast. I’ve become addicted and gone back and listened to most of the shows. Love hearing about the running world and the guests are fascinating (especially the ones you may not know by name). It’s like overhearing Runner’s in a coffee shop. Very conversational. Host is excellent.”
