Great work!
I ran my first marathon last year but continue to run about 40 miles a week still. I’ve been listening to this podcast for about 6 weeks now and have not been disappointed! It’s great to put on during a morning run and keeps me alert and energized along the way! The host does a nice job of integrating his own successes and challenges into his guests’ narratives as well. Keep up the great work!
