So much love for this show!!
I listen to this podcast on Spotify and never use Apple, but needed to hop onto Apple just so I could give it a review:) This show has done so much for me! It is refreshing and energizing to hear such a variety of people’s perspectives on why they love running, and what it means to them. I love that this show is inclusive of runners of all backgrounds and removes the stereotypes that are associated with running traditionally. You can feel the passion and joy that comes through in each person in every episode, and especially from Jon! 5/5 and if I could do it, 6/5. Thank you so much for hosting this!!

For the long run has all of those aspects as well, but it has a deeper level of engagement in its guests lives. The guests tend to be people that are not just runners, but are using running to...Read full review »
