If you like listening to Stewie Griffin pulling stuff out of his butt and saying the most rage inducing things, this is the podcast for you. If a song has an even remotely similar chord progression to a well-known song, even with a different tempo, it is automatically a complete copy of that...Read full review »

...to talk about a record? And how much they don't know about the band they're arguing about (and that they pause to factcheck) is painful. Fellas, please get a producer.

However I don't think I've agreed with anything they've said yet

Always enjoyable and entertaining even when discussing albums that I am not a fan of. Great show that is quickly becoming a favourite. Rock on guys!

I absolutely adore this podcast. Its the comaraderie between the hosts that really makes it work, especially their different musical tastes. Some of my favourite episodes are ones were one host loves the album, another hates it, and the other two are somewhere in between. Good mix of new and...Read full review »

Just a great mixture of constructive criticism and the comedic damning of music (damning mostly of Stu's choices, sorry stu)

Great podcast! I love them! Utterly amazing! Very well mix of funny and serious talk about Metal albums, and on top of that I've got to know a lot of music through them. Great reviewers and THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT!

Okay so they don't always take things as seriously as others but I've not laughed so hard listening to a podcast in my life....Thank you!

A weekly drunken ramblings/argument about rock music. Brilliant, hilarious and better than a Domine album. For those about to rock, I salute you.

Lyssnar ingen annan på det här? Detta är ju grymt! Roligare än det mesta på TV just nu tillsammans med lite bra musik. Visst, ibland så är musikvalen lite halvdana men det spelar ingen roll. "We salute you!" är det vi som borde säga till er Mr. Perry, Logan & Trishtram!!!

Really, this is the only Heavy Metal / Hard Rock podcast that you need to listen to. Will, Stu, and Joe show that they have their collective finger on the pulse of modern and classic RRRAWK with high class understanding, an underground appreciation, and well spoken posh accents. For those about...Read full review »

Meh
You guys have some great jokes, but some of the reviews are bullocks. For example, on the Iced Earth album, "The Glorious Burden" you continually bash on the album for its "American patriotic content." I dont see the issue, half of the other reviews on other CDs seemed like you were drunk and/or...Read full review »

Will, Stu & Joe take you through classic rock albums with a bit of humor. Don't hold it against them because they're British.

If you like heavy music played at the appropriate volume, you really should be a subscriber to this podcast. A great mix of hosts, in that each has a slightly different area of rock music that they dig, making for hugely entertaining fall-outs and mockeries. And the Domine episode is my single...Read full review »

I adore this group of guys. They don't claim to know everything, and this show isn't supposed to be professional or super insightful. Just a group of guys sitting around talking about rock albums, with more than likely a beer or two in their systems. I've been turned on to some great bands...Read full review »

Awesome rock podcast which deserves to be doing well. Funny, brash, insightful with added demon slaying.

Even on albums you hate you'll laugh at these guys, and you'll end up purchasing albums you didn't know about, weren't sure of or were wary of.. these guys made me buy Rainbow ffs..!! Long may you continue..

Consistently entertaining and sometimes even informative. The shows are always top-notch even if the album choice isn't to your taste. Brilliant show. Keep up the great work. 11/11!!!

Really good stuff! I started listening from the Alice In Chains episode but found myself catching up on all the earlier episodes and now it's safe to say I'm hooked. With the recent addition of Joe to the mix, this trio rocks on with a fury! Cheers boys!

The most inarticulate podcast I have ever heard. I realize the source material is balls to the wall metal/hard rock music, so a fast and loose approach is expected; but these guys have never pointed out anything that has made me listen to any of these artist and albums any differently. I've...Read full review »

With TV and radio so sterilized, I almost forgot what it sounded like to talk about rock music albums with friends, back in the day. Song clips, anectodes, comparisons, sung and mumbled imitations of the musical styles, and band history with artist credits. This isn't a politically correct...Read full review »

If you like your music loud, fast, and heavy, then this is the podcast for you. Hosts Will Tristram and Stu "The Beard" Perry bring to your attention a hard rock classic each week. Listen to this and enjoy people talking about and enjoying the music you love. And if you don't own it yet, get walking to the shop. All albums reviewed MUST be in your homes!! Its the law!! Call yourself a rock fan!!?? ori-STUDFARM gives this the old thumbs up!!

The 2nd broadcast was far better than the first, which was unlistenable. My biggest problem is the Stu's (?) mic, the Iron Maiden fan, IS TOO LOW. Hey Stu (?), Iron Maiden fan, either turn up the mic, or speak louder.

Another fantastic addition to the Simply Syndicated canon. 40 minutes of rock chat from Will and Stu, who know their stuff and are obviously passionate about the source material.
