“This is an amazingly well put together, "casual" podcast on The Simpsons.
Mitch and Dando do a terrific job making sure they hit on all the main points of the episodes that casual viewers would know, while also hitting on the hidden, harder to find jokes that would appeal to the more die-hard Simpsons fans.
As a fan of the show my entire life (born in '87, show started in '89) I never felt as though I had somebody reading my Simpsons-filled mind the way Mitch and Dando can.
Sometimes the hosts can get off track, but who the heck doesn't when they are engaging in casual conversation? This podcast is supposed to have more of a "Simpsons fans who are just hanging out" type of feel to it. It's not supposed to be a Blue Haired Lawyer cross examination!
The embedding of audio clips from each episode makes it incredibly easy to follow along if you have not seen the reviewed episode lately.
