Thought-provoking
As a woman who works closely with doctors and has a lot of respect for them, my default mindset has always been one that believes in the importance of access to medical care. The concept of Free Birth has been a little confronting to me but hearing the stories and information shared on this podcast has really expanded my mind about what is possible for women during pregnancy and birth. The concepts presented here, acceptance, trust, confronting fear and overcoming worry, are ones that can be applied to all aspects of our lives to help guide us on our journeys.
