I'm a member of FFRF and have been listening to the podcast for years. I think the "filler" problem has gotten worse over time. I don't mind Dan's music nearly as much as I mind that "radio voice" man who's constantly saying, "Support the First Amendment . . . it supports YOU," and other non-sequiturs. It also seems as if Annie Laurie Gaylor (Dan's wife and co-host) is always correcting Dan on-air, too, even when it's something that doesn't matter at ALL to the listeners. The editing is awful, making the interview feel like it was rushed, like words were put in the guests' mouths, and like the guests were hung up on at the end. I plan to write a letter to FFRF, asking them to carefully read these comments in iTunes, because I'm left listening out of habit and because I firmly believe in what they're doing.Read full review »

Annie Laurie and Dan are engaging hosts, and they always have interesting topics and guests. Dan is a former Christian minister who truly understands the mindset of American Christianity.

An interesting radio show that gives information regarding news and politics that affect those who want to keep the United States a democracy rather than a theocracy.
