I was introduced to this podcast two days ago and I’m 4 episodes in and it’s lit my fire to put my life into better perspective and prioritize more my family over work and business. Really liked the information and insight they talked about in "becoming an eternal optimist" he mentioned the definition of an optimist is seeing things through a positive lens, which I had never thought of before. Overall just very good and nice thoughts and information.Read full review »

I’ve been a long time listener, and get incredible value out of each episode. This struggle resonates with me, and I also share the...Read full review »

One thing I learned from this episode was the idea that we need to feel less responsible for our kids reactions but more responsible for our own reactions to them. Much more powerful and controllable way of looking at situations.
