I’m Torn…
I really enjoy Featherstun and she has changed my fueling (for her, I’d give five stars!) but Thomas is making it very difficult for me to continue subscribing to the podcast. At best, he adds very little substance to the conversation; at worst, he answers questions without a background in sports nutrition when a subject expert is *right there*, distracts from a productive conversation by talking about making his wife feed him, and even fat-shaming. Please consider retiring him from the program. If you would like to incorporate a non-female voice, there are surely male or non-binary sports dietitians who would add to the conversation.

This podcast is great for runners! Lots of practical advice that is easy to employ. I used many of Meaghan’s tips and advice to get a 14 minute marathon PR a few weeks ago…nutrition & fuel are so important!!

What a great podcast! The advice and information is practical and backed by science. It is very easy to listen to while learning so much along the way. The 3 hosts have excellent chemistry and are quite funny together. I had a smile on my face while listening. I can’t wait for more episodes.
