Nerdy, but in a good way
I listen to several somewhat related podcasts. But this one, far more than any of the others, explains the related biochemistry in a way that is easy to understand not only what is going on chemically, but the implications of these different biochemical changes. Very educational and yet fun to listen to. Saladino has mastered communication. For example, after a guest says some complicated stuff, Saladino wll pause and repeat the most relevant details in plain language and highlight their implications so that we can all understand them.

Great info for those with autoimmune disease or gut issues. It turns out that some plants can really do damage in some people. I was one of them. Cutting out many plant foods has greatly reduced my pain and Saladino explores the mechanisms behind this.
