Description
Devin De Wulf is the Founder of Krewe of Red Beans. Krewe of Red Beans organises regular “bean parades” from their home base, Beanlandia, a community hub offering help to people in need, volunteer opportunities, music, culture, and a social space for the people of New Orleans. In this episode, Devin shares his inspiration for launching a bean parade and how it grew from a small event into an impactful community initiative that promotes sustainability and cultural unity. He also discusses how his not-for-profit, Krewe of Red Beans, supported the New Orleans community through crises like COVID-19 and Hurricane Ida and the significance of their home base and community centre, Beanlandia.   Resources and links: Krewe of Red Beans website Krewe of Red Beans on Instagram Devin De Wulf on Instagram Devin De Wulf on LinkedIn   Connect: Future Fork podcast website Paul Newnham on Instagram Paul Newnham on X Paul Newnham on LinkedIn Disruptive Consulting Solutions website SDG2 Advocacy Hub website SDG2 Advocacy Hub on X SDG2 Advocacy Hub on Facebook SDG2 Advocacy Hub on LinkedIn This show is produced in collaboration with Wavelength Creative.
