They're alright
These two are very knowledgeable and bring up a lot of good points. I do subscribe, and like to hear their views. Their temperament is very polite, even, and soft spoken. (I honestly prefer something a not so g-rated/kindergarten teacher when it comes to GoT podcasts.) However, they have on occasion bitterly brought up other podcasts, and the amount of pleading to review gets to be a bit of a drag. They also seem to brag a bit. Another aspect I haven't liked is they seem to think all of their views are original and "take credit" when their predictions come true. Of course we all know there are eons of fan theories that all feed off the text and other theories, as well as the "double d" talks after the episode on HBO that gives us direct insight into what the symbolism and actions meant in the episode. I totally understand wanting to say, "I was right!", but for me they don't carry it well. I do still listen, but they're not my favorite. I'm writing this review because they constantly ask for positive reviews and talk about how their number of listeners doesn't accurately reflect how many people rate them, so here you go. You're okay. Pretty good, even. Just not great.Read full review »
