“Let me begin by warning you that this website will grow on you. The production quality is great - everyone's voice is presented at the same volume. The schedule is predictable, every wednesday morning - there is a new podcast to download. The cast of characters (4 to 5) are interesting, but one caveat - it will take ten or twelve episodes for you to be able to differentiate between Messrs. Murdock and Sands.
The podcast profits from the presenters' comfort with each other and the game designer guests. Said guests are very comfortable on the show and you will learn things here that you will hear no where else. Not so much big news, release dates, etc., but instead a better context behind the development of the video game.
These gamers with jobs appeal to me and my Atari 2600 generation. One thing the show may miss is the steady participation of female voice - it would improve the dynamic (i.e. 1up Legendary). Still, I heartily endorse this website and recommend that you subscribe immediately.”Read full review »
