“Garnet Lee is one of the most upbeat, intelligent and critically thoughtful people in game journalism. He has been doing the game review and podcast thing on amazing podcasts (1up Yours to Weekend Confirmed) for years and every bit of that comfort and confidence with the medium comes through. A solo show is a bit of a departure for him but his enthusiastic take on games and earnest style of review do well here and instead of a point-counterpoint discussion we get a more in depth look at what someone informed about the media and it's development process thinks. “As much as I like Cannata, its refreshing not having to listen through board games and football. Consider this a condensed version of Weekend Confirmed, without all the idle chit chat, bantering, and otherwise useless info and arguments. This is Garnett at his best. Congrats!”
