Love from Australia
Growing up queer in Oz (90’s) wasn’t as great as it sounds. I remember riding my kangaroo to the library and googling the words Judy Garland. Because I knew it had something to do with being gay. I wanted to find people like me, then I found this podcast. Two geeks fawning over something they love and picking fights with subjects no one is talking about anymore. I love it I’m leaning about the TV shows my parents used to reference around the dinner table, The Facts Of Life, Taxi, All In The Family; I now understand why my father referred my racist grandfather Archie. Furthermore I’m more appreciative of the shows I grew up loving like the Simpsons, Golden Girls, Will And Grace (I’ll die on that hill) In summary this podcast has made me more interesting/annoying at work and dinner parties. Also, you should totally google what the boys look like, their legit hot. X

When I was younger watching most of these shows I think most of the gay things In them really didn’t make an impression on me. I was really sheltered and didn’t know gay was a thing. Also I think I’m a Glen. Or...Read full review »
