Episode #66 Best yet!
Man I love the Geeks Guide. And just when I think they have done the best episode to date, the next one comes out and its better. I just listened to episode #66 with guest David Brin. What a great interview and I am so glad to have been introduced to Mr Brin. I loved his point of view on one of my all time favorite topics, the search for intelligent life in the universe. His discussion on Capitalism and the problems with our current political system was on target for me as well. A wonderful discussion that I whole heartedly enjoyed. Then as if that wasn't enough, they spent the next half of the show discussing BATMAN in comics and film. As an illustrator/comic book artist and comic book fan I found this a lot of fun. Im also a very big Batman fan and have loved the Nolan feature films and some of the Tim Burton films, all of which they discuss and debate in detail. Great show guys! You continue to produce the best Sci fi pop culture Podcast and i cant thank you enough, or recommend this show enough to listeners. If your not listening to the Geeks Guide to the Galaxy you truly are missing out!Read full review »

Loving this podcast. I've been getting way more into sci-fi/fantasy over the last couple years and I just discovered this podcast, which has been this amazing window into scifi/fantasy authors and writers and... sigh. I'm in love. Thanks for all the great stuff, guys!Read full review »

Simon Pegg, China Miéville, Alan Dean Foster, Ron Gilbert, George Martin and more! What more could you ask for in a podcast? Geek heaven. Some very interesting insights into the lives and careers of some famous geeks. Highly recommended.

The interviews are excellent, but I am even more in love with the second half of every episode. I love the insights into publishing and discussions about the industry. This is a great show for anyone that is interested in how books are made, who makes them and how to get involved.
