well worth listening to
This podcast manages to get some of the big names of fiction to make guest appearances. In regards to topics covered this is a very well done pod-cast covering a huge range of different questions. The inclusion of the unique point of view of both hosts as authors and/or editors provides an interesting view into the industry and I just can't get enough of those little anecdotes when the hosts tell about how they met some now famous authors years ago and what kind of persons they are. Audio quality is sometimes extremely bad depending on the quality of the recorded phone conversation with their guests. That aside, production quality is really good. This is a podcast I can really recommend for all fans of fiction. Are there things I'd love to see change? Yes there are: I wish some of the "jokes" wouldn't just fizzle because you can almost feel that the co-host host thinks.. "not funny dude". So please continue your refreshing journey though fiction and related topics but refrain from making jokes, laughing about it before your co-host can react. Humor is always welcome, humor that only one person apparently finds funny, not so much.

The interviews are consistently stellar,...Read full review »

The two hosts bring great insights, and the interviews are always fascinating. Worth a listen for any fantasy/sci-fi fan.

I don't get all the 5 star reviews for this podcast. The host's verbal skills make me cringe constantly. I wouldn't bother listening in a zillion years if it wasn't for some of the guests. The hosts obviously make up of list of questions to ask each guest that are read in...Read full review »
