“My husband and I love listening to this podcast. The authors are incredibly well-read and share fascinating background and context regarding the War on Terror. It’s been very useful and instructive given the recent evolution of Afghanistan.
Just some user feedback: this podcast would greatly benefit from increased attention from a sound engineer. The speakers sound as though they move close to the mic, then further away. Often when thoughtful commentary ensues, voices get very quiet, then there are eardrum-shattering coughs that aren’t edited out, or starts to a new sentence that make it very difficult/frustrating to listen. It sounds like a small thing, but especially listening on our commute, it’s really rough listening at times.”
