“I started out by listening to the two episodes about buying a 4plex. So glad I found it when I did because I happen to be in the market to buy a house. I was initially going to buy a house and rent out the rooms to co-workers and/or friends. After listening to Keith, I've decided to go down another path.
I am currently active duty military and in the first episode about buying a 4plex Keith briefly speaks on the VA loan. I'm hoping he'll come out with an episode that can help steer military members down the right path as well. They both can coincide but there are different benefits we get as military personnel.
