Need more email MGMT tips. Suggestions: 1. Using search instead of folders 2. CC proper use 3. “Rules” to filter out memos/bulk email or listserv emails. 4. BLUF bottom line up front 5. Good subject lines (avoid generic subjects that give no info: “update” “question” “hey”) 6. Turn off new email alerts, or only keep VIP alerts. 7. Use your task list for follow up and actions.
