“I understand that they are recycling webinar content, and that is OK with me. But very often, the content just ends halfway through.
On episode 282 for instance, the speaker is doing a helpful review of weekly planning sessions. It’s an 11 step process, and I was enjoying this beneficial...”Read full review »

“Fix the poor audio quality and I’ll listen to every episode. Love the content but the only medium through which I’m consuming this is audio. The irony is not lost on me that this is a podcast that talks about the competent way to do things”

“As a novice GTD practitioner, I find this podcast as a great way to understand more about GTD. The series for Managing Project and Weekly Review is a great way to deep dive into GTD. The best part is that it's totally free and for some topic, it's even better than the audiobook”Read full review »

“I’ve been listening to GTD since covid hit, I accidentally discovered it once I found my appreciation for podcasts. I’m not a business owner, or a company leader, but I relate SO much to everything on this podcast. I’m only a senior in university and I feel like this podcast and the book has...”Read full review »

“Helpful and insightful info, but please get Mr. Allen a better microphone. There’s an echo and also a lot of excess background noise that makes the podcast unpleasant to listen to. Could also try to edit the sound from the guests as well.”

“I am relatively new to GTD and this podcast gave me lot of valuable tips
My favorite episode is the one about integrating horizons which really helped me bring it all together illustrating how ground level can take you towards higher levels!
Thank you David and Anna Maria!”

“I stopped listening to the podcast because of the poor sound mixing. Please, fix the volume discrepancy between the dialogue and the intro/outro music! The conversations sound like they are recorded over the phone with very poor audio quality. I have to turn the volume up way too much to catch...”Read full review »

“Wat een fijne podcast bij het boek gtd. Het boek is vrij langdradig geschreven, maar de podcast houd me gemotiveerd en zorgt voor de praktische tips en houvast. Ik ben zelfs met de weekly revieuw begonnen dankzij een van de eerste podcasts die je stap voor stap begeleid. Ook de vind ik de...”Read full review »

“I started GTD a few weeks back and now the podcast keeps me on track (I’m still catching up on the back catalogue)
As a bullet journaler, it’s a perfect pairing.
Love the tips to help !!!”

“These are just about the right length to tackle on the office commute or just a walk or while working out. The hour or hour and a half long podcasts that abound out there are too much to get your head around in a reasonable time or one sitting. The beauty of the GTD podcasts is that they are...”Read full review »

“This series is an excellent fillip to refresh one’s GTD thinking. David Allen always speaks with clarity on his subject, and has an ability to clear the fog that inevitably descends onto GTD systems from time to time.”

2. CC proper use
3. “Rules” to filter out memos/bulk email or listserv emails.
