“Studio Ghibli certainly deserves a great deal of credit for moving the animation genre forward with unsurpassed quality and story-telling acumen. However to call it, "the world's greatest animation studio", is ridiculous, even in subjective terms, and I suspect this Michael person knows it and is only saying it to be provocative. I won't even say which studio is the greatest because it's so blindingly obvious as to be unnecessary. Other than that, a good podcast and worth a listen. SG is amazing except for the fact their films are not available digitally which is a great shame - it's the only thing I can fault them for.”Read full review »
