Phone calls between the host and others are terrible quality - you can barely hear Matthew whilst the other speaker is loud and crackly. I kept waiting for a revelation that never came. Other than the crimes the subject has already been convicted of, the author big on hype ( claiming over 100 murders ) and low on evidence. Ultimately unsatisfying.
