Weirdly reverential
Only got 2 eps in. This is an interesting story but the way it’s told is almost reverential, or at least sympathetic to the killer. I normally enjoy true crime stories but this one is told like the guy is Ned Kelly or some kind of rough misunderstood larrikin, almost a local legend. Lots of stories from people who were associated with him, very little about his victims. Where are the women’s voices in this story? Perhaps this comes later but I’m out.
