Charming, er scary! Scary Podcast!
Ghosts in the Burbs is pure pumpkin-flavored addiction. Perfect for the Halloween season, Liz Sower's narrative of ghost stories are in fresh, sharp contrast to the overly produced, poorly read and written "ghost casts" available on iTunes. Crappy Pasta, this is not. The premise of the show is fun, and Liz's delivery of her experiences are transportive, witty and ultimately, chilling. Note to reader: Pour yourself a bowl of candied corn, Chardonnay or double stuffed Oreos, throw on some headphones and invoke this creepy gem of a podcast. When you're done, Wellesley, MA will seem just a little...closer.Read full review »

I would seriously pay or sponsor you for more frequent episodes... just tell me how! Keep it up...Read full review »

A detailed, atmospheric podcast about a librarian (<3) turned collector of ghost stories. Good production quality, descriptive storytelling and just enough chills. A nice addition to podcasts like The Message, Black Tapes and Limetown. I can't wait to see where it goes.Read full review »
