What can workplaces do to better support employees impacted by cancer? Battling cancer or caring for a loved one, all while juggling financial stress and a demanding job, a challenge no one deserves. Cancer Relief Gibraltar have teamed up with MACH Coaching and Consulting to help out. We spoke to MACH Director Christina Giuffre and Senior Centre Nurse at Cancer Relief Vanessa Cross. A new local charity is dedicated to enhancing the well being of those in need on the Rock. Louise Goncalves and Nicola Elliott from “Get Giving” are passionate about helping others, and hope that their humanitarian projects and financial assistance can make a difference to the community. This morning the annual ceremony to mark the anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar took place. It’s an important event in the history of the Royal Navy, the service was attended by Navy personnel, along with the Governor, the Chief Minister the Mayor, and the Commander British Forces. News Editor Christine Vasquez was at Trafalgar Cemetery. And, it's going to be a jam packed weekend for sports on the Rock. Our sports reporter Jose Mari Ruiz filled us in all on the events planned, including a 10km run around the rock and the GASA endurance swim. Hosted on Acast.
