The final report on the McGrail Inquiry is likely to be ready by late spring 2025 - roughly a year since the public hearing. Gibraltar's Coroner's Court will open an inquest touching on the death of Simon Parkes, the sailor who disappeared in Gibraltar on the 12th December 1986.
