Description
The Mayor of La Linea, Juan Franco, has called a demonstration for this evening under the slogan: "La Linea Matters - we are not invisible." He was personally handing out leaflets earlier this week to Spanish workers who cross the frontier into Gibraltar every morning. Our news editor Christine Vasquez told us more.   El Kasbah is hosting a Bohemian Night tonight and tomorrow night with singer Surianne and poet Jonathan Teuma, accompanied by guitarist Win Fernandez. We spoke to Teu in the studio ahead of the gig.   The Environmental Agency are celebrating the season of giving with a toy drive, aiming to give every child a special gift under the tree at Christmas. They're asking for people to donate toys suitable for kids between the ages of 0-12. Chris Segovia and Ryan Asquez from the Agency told us how the idea came about.   Sports reporter Jose Mari Ruiz filled us in on the netball senior cup finals, the upcoming match for the women’s national football side, and a big weekend in Monaco for 6 of our local swimmers.   And, for this week’s edition of “Llanitos Abroad” we jet off to London in our latest to chat to a man who certainly has a way with words: Gabriel Moreno. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
