Tune in to hear our conflicting thoughts on this film, Kate's unlikable character, but extremely likable acting. PLUS we would be remiss if we reviewed a JT film and did not bring up the biggest showdown: NSYNC vs. Backstreet Boys?!

This week we are reviewing the FOUR HOUR LONG Hamlet adaptation. Admittedly, the acting and cast are incredible but if you’re wanting to watch this one - cancel your other plans and pencil in some bathroom breaks.
Kate absolutely crushes her role as Ophelia, we were entirely entranced in how fully she committed to this role. Tune in to hear how Hamlet ranks out of all 46 Kate Winslet movies, or use this as your Cliff Notes of this famous Shakespeare work!

An all-star cast rounds out the 2015 biopic Steve Jobs, including Kate Winslet, Sarah Snook, Michael Fassbender, Seth Rogan, Jeff Daniels, and Michael Stuhlberg. Kate plays long time, loyal employee Joanna Hoffman who seems to be the only person capable of going toe to toe with Jobs. We would've loved to see some other time periods covered of Apple's company growth, but tune in to hear what we thought of Kate's performance!

Escape from "up top" and come explore the (dare we say 'quaint'??) sewers of London in the 2006 animated movie, Flushed Away. This simply plotted kid's movie stars Kate Winslet and Hugh Jackman as they adventure and outsmart their frog and toad nemeses. While this isn't our favorite animated movie from our girl crushes, the animation and soundtrack are both nostalgic and fun. Tune in to hear where this ranks on the charts of all Kate Winslet movies!

Come explore 1970’s Morocco this week as we rate and review Kate Winslet’s less glamorous eat-pray-love adventure! Don’t worry, this episode is still PG - the movie’s title is a catch phrase from a children’s game. We have to say - Kate pulls off the no makeup, tan, crimped hair vibes immaculately. Tune in to hear how this movie ranks!

Kate Winslet just won a 2023 BAFTA for her leading role in I Am Ruth which is part of an anthology featuring women's stories. This movie (or "episode") focuses on the mental health impacts of social media, particularly on young women. It is especially moving as Kate is acting alongside her own children, most notably her daughter Mia Threapleton.
We found this story raw, relevant, and incredibly emotionally moving. If you haven't already seen it, we recommend it, though it's difficult to...

We're bringing you back to Kate Winslet's very first movie Heavenly Creatures, released in 1994. This film, directed by the legendary Peter Jackson, is based on the shocking true story of a 1950's murder in New Zealand committed by two best friends.

This week we review the 2011 pandemic movie, Contagion, starring Kate Winslet, Matt Damon, Laurence Fishburne, Gwyneth Paltrow, and more! While this movie had a streaming revival during the early days of COVID-19 (people taking notes? Dark humor? Essential oil MLM-ers drafting business plans?), we are still on the fence if this movie is effortlessly rewatchable or still a little too familiar for comfort!
