Excellent Twins Banter
Let's face it: the Twins stink, and Twins fans might need to wait a while to see another good Twins team. If you follow mainstream Minnesota sports reporters, however, the enormous piles of 'doom-and-gloom' might convince the planet that the team is on its way to a decade of Astros-like seasons. Do these folks offer any sort of in-depth analysis, suggestions for improvement, or detailed reports of Twins prospects (the guys who are in line to dig us out)? Well, not really. That's the hole that's filled by Gleeman and The Geek. These guys are the perfect balance of empirical, actionable, (dare I say juicy?) data and subtle Minnesota optimism. Instead of calling for pitchforks, they talk about potential free-agent signings, trades, and MLB market trends. If you're a baseball fan in general, not even just a Twins fan, you'll enjoy this show.Read full review »

A fun podcast by two die hard Twins fans who are also great bloggers. If you want to go deep with what is happening with the Twins from a fans perspective, give it a try.

It's great to have Twins topics to listen to during this cold winter months. They do tend to argue quite a bit and it goes on for a while but that's okay because I have a long commute. Keep up the good work.Read full review »
