Sometimes, a person’s career begins where most people dream of ending up years or even decades down the road. This is very much the reality for Ashley Stahl, who began her career at 23 in the Pentagon as a counterterrorism professional.
After following this path for a short time, she soon realized that it was time to move on to other things and begin finding career success down other avenues. While having the opportunity to give a TEDx Talk about her time in the Pentagon, she used her public speaking platform to launch her career coaching business and has thrived there ever since.
In this episode, Ashley tells all about her career pivots from being an introvert in government and public speaking, to now helping others build their careers and launch their own TEDx Talks. We’ll discuss everything from the different stages of career building and finding your niche in life, to balancing instability with inner peace, and even Ashley’s career ambitions as a kid.
