A video show with depth
I was drawn to this show by a publicized interview and stayed to replay them all from the beginning. Compared to a number of available filmmaker podcasts, NC approaches myriad aspects of filmmaking from (for lack of better description) a "realistic" standpoint… no multi-million dollar budgets, no PVC shoulder rigs, but how to eke out the best professional quality on ever-shrinking budgets and timelines. It's always a learning experience. My only gripes are occasional f-bombs (making it unlistenable in a home with small kids) and their dismissal of m43 gear. Great show otherwise.Read full review »

As a lot of post-production shows always come and guy you guys should not leave. I recently found your pod-cast and continue to listen to it as much as I can. You save my rendering/transcoding down-town as well as my morning commute to work. Very informative and excellent selection of guests.
