“I stumbled upon this podcast while searching for ways to really improve my overall health, both physical and mental, and my wellbeing. I read a lot of fitness material, watch what I consume, attend Crossfit at least 3 times a week. Essentially I'm your all around annoying fitness health nut. Lately I've been feeling stagnant and was in search of a new podcast that could give a fresh perspective on tips for workouts, diets, and overall well being. Go Wellness Radio was exactly what I was looking for. The variety of medicine he talks about, the exercise techniques and mentalities, it's all so helpful. Regan Archibald breaks down each episode and what he is talking about so it's really easy to follow. He shows connections between your genetics, what you are consuming, how to fix certain areas of your physical health which will then in turn support your medical health. I've actually found it to be quite innovative and hearing about the different information behind pharmaceutical companies and agricultural interests. I've started to put a few things I've learned into practice to hopefully help my stress level and overall health. Definitely a podcast I recommend especially if you're interested in your health and living a long satisfying life.”
