“Harry Potter has literally been my biggest obsession for as long as I can remember. But unfortunately I’ve never had friends or family members who have read the books as much or as closely as I have.
So when I found this podcast, I lost my mind. My lockdown has been spent listening to this podcast on repeat. I think I’ve listened to all the episodes about 3 times now? (10/10 saddo - also it took me around 20 episodes to tell the difference between their voices lol pls cancel me)
Something about this podcast is so friendly, warm and welcoming that you often feel like you’re sat in the room with Hannah and Charlie as they record. (Side note: I don’t drink and at times I’ve thought damn I need a cocktail to listen to this episode) There hasn’t been an episode that I haven’t laughed out loud at out (personal favourite is Charlie reading her fanfiction at Draigcon). Or where it’s finished and I’ve immediately texted my boyfriend about a conversation they’ve had and I’m like ‘would you take a taxi to Kings Cross if you lived in Devon?’ Or the classic ‘why didn’t Harry die on the doorstep?’ (I’m not even going to mention the Norfolk).
When I say this podcast is incredible, I’m not even remotely exaggerating. I’m so so glad I found it and decided to listen because I haven’t been able to stop. This podcast has made my lockdown experience so much easier (mentally I was really struggling but with this podcast I haven’t been feeling so alone) and I’ve feel like I’ve gained two friends who love Harry Potter just as much as me!
If you’re a person who loves Harry Potter, then this podcast is for you.”
