Terrific Pod
Great podcast on varying topics from some some of the most interesting minds in the Catholic US. On recommendation and one request: 1. Please try to sit as closer to the mic so that the audio is more clear. The DC sirens and general commotion don’t provide the best background noise but some of the distractions can be eliminated by sitting as close to the mic as possible (w/o blowing out the levels, obviously.) 2. I think the topic of praise and worship music would be a great subject to tackle. I’d like to hear different opinions on the role that P&W can play in a catholic’s spiritual life. This discussion could even venture into liturgical music in general...and the variations made to worship music in the post-conciliar age, for better or worse. Thanks again to all the clergy and lay people who work hard to post such good content!

Honestly though, every time y’all say “telephony” I wanna...Read full review »

There are so many Catholic podcasts that are really deep philosophically and theologically, including ones by the Dominicans. This podcast, however, is largely informal. It’s based on conversation between friars, such that you feel like your eating lunch with them. The conversation is light, and...Read full review »
