Great stories, inappropriate voice acting.
When I listen to a true crime podcast, I'm listening for mystery, suspense, excitement & a bit of a scare. In this podcast, the stories are great. The guests do a great job telling their stories with detail & emotion. I get quickly drawn in and enjoy it until the end. However, the host that introduces the story and concludes the podcast sounds like he is trying to evoke an ASMR response and it is annoying. I don't want to be relaxed in a true crime podcast. I want to be interested and excited. You shouldn't be trying to put your listeners to sleep, and that's what it sounds like he is doing for some reason.Read full review »

So impressed after the first episode -I want more. Glad they are bringing attention to cases in my great home state and that they will take as much time with each case that is needed. The host is a wonderful storyteller and brings the people in this tragic case to life.

I like the presenter. Food for thought for parents. Very clear messages. No dramatics but you have to respect this kind of public service broadcasting. Huge condolences to those impacted. Love from the UK

Quickly becoming a top contender for my "have to listen the day a new episode drops" lists. Making it through some of the older episodes now but I find the tone, and tenor of the show addictive.Read full review »
