Biased, apathetic & sensationalised
This may be a very exciting story and possibly one of a wrongful conviction yet the way this story was portrayed is hugely insensitive to parties of the deceased, ignores and downplays massive domestic abuse issues and sensationalises a terrible story of brutal murder in the hopes of achieving entertainment for the mass (and basic) public. There is no tact or empathy in the story telling, of which is massively long winded and generally uninteresting. I am mad that this story has in every possible way removed the story of the victims and their suffering, minimising their pain, fear and massive injustice. In your aim to prove Gails innocence, you have lost your ability to tell a story with heart and empathy in tact.

Terrific and the perfect length for my daily journey to work. Very worried that people can be convicted on the testimony of proven pathological liars. I would love to see you tackle the Christchurch Civic Crèche case. Lynley Hood’s book would be a good start.

Just made it through the first episode. Gail laughs maniacally many times when speaking. What does a drug addict, prostitute felon have to be so happy about? This woman must have cooked her brain cells while cooking drugs on the stove in her kitchen.

Not as balanced as other true crimes I’ve listened to but still v good. Music too loud, intrusive and plays for too long at the start of each episode. This is only a minor flaw though and I would recommended.
